We want you to be fully satisfied with your Naked & Famous Denim purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items. Please note that items that have been customized or hemmed are final sale and cannot be returned.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your denim is in its original condition with all tags attached and has not been hemmed or customized.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items and include the RMA form inside the package before shipping it back to our warehouse using a tracked service.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
